Hi, I’m Kathryn. I am so happy you are here! I have 20+ years of experience working as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in a variety of health care settings.

My credentials also include Board Certification as a Health Coach.  In addition, I am certified through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in Weight Management.

I spent a good portion of my career working in the field of Eating Disorders.  Supporting a healthy relationship with food through a non-diet approach is a large part of my philosophy. 

My experience of treating illness through nutrition has sparked a passion in me for prevention! 

I am excited to support you on your journey in Age-Defying Wellness!

Anyone can call themselves a “Nutritionist”. Only a RD or RDN has completed multiple layers of education and training. 


These criteria are established by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics. 


When seeking out Nutrition guidance, ensure you are working with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist!
